    We offer subscription-based services with the following billing options:

    • Monthly Plan: Billed on a recurring monthly basis.
    • Yearly Plan: Billed on a recurring annual basis at a discounted rate.

    By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected).

  2. Add-On Credits

    • In addition to subscriptions, users may purchase credits within the application. Credits may be used to access additional features, tools, or services.
    • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the credits are used.
    • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
    • Unused credits will remain in your account until consumed, subject to your account being active and in good standing.

  3. No Refund Policy

    • All subscription fees are non-refundable.
    • We do not provide partial or full refunds for unused time, mid-term cancellations, or downgraded plans.
    • Once a payment has been processed, refund is not applicable.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
    • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • After the billing cycle ends, your access will automatically be discontinued, and you will not be charged further (unless you resubscribe).

    Example: If you cancel on the 10th of the month and your billing cycle ends on the 30th, you will continue to have access until the 30th.

  5. Automatic Renewal

    Automatic Renewal

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By continuing to use our services, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your saved payment method.

  6. Free Trials (if applicable)

    If a free trial is offered, you will not be billed until the trial period ends. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial expires. Once the trial converts into a paid plan, the No Refund Policy applies.
